It’s been a long week getting ready to brew and then actually brewing. Our first brew day took us 18 hours. That was a long day. I guess that fits though because that was us brewing our “Long Day Lager.” Next we brewed our “Gangway IPA” and I have to admit, it smells better than I could have hoped for. We’ve also got some hole cone fresh hops to dry hop with once we transfer it over. I can’t wait. Just a few more weeks and we can finally share this beer with the rest of you out there. I have so many pictures to share but here’s just a few from when we did our first batch. These show from grain to boil.

I also live in Kennesaw and it’s great to see a brewery start up in the area. We plan to stop by and take a tour/taste! Hope to see your product in local bars soon also.
