Availability: Rabbit’s Reserve #3- Limited Edition
Rabbit’s Reserve #3 released in June 2012. A combination of grain bill pilsen, malts, and french Strisselpalt hops give a slightly spicy somewhat earthy taste with hints of black currant and citrus. We add a traditional Belgian ale yeast fermented in true Saison style – at 90 degrees – then combined with second yeast to create a flavor profile unique to this beer alone.
