We now have a mobile website for your convenience when checking out Red Hare on your smartphone – easy access to directions, other contact info and of course, our beer list.

This week will be one of those rare quiet weeks for the rabbit, but there are plenty of things to be looking forward to: October 6th, we’ll be present at The Grayson Blues and Brews Fest – we brought home two People’s Choice medals last year, can we do the same this year? The same day, find other Red Hare reps at Hotoberfest, in a new location this year.

October 5-7, find Red Hare brews in the beer selection at Taste of Atlanta – showcasing the finest food in the ATL as well as supporting the local craft beer scene!

Did you know? Saturday tasting hours change starting October 6 – doors will open at 2 pm and we’ll be here until 4 pm. We are still kid and dog friendly!

Last Week’s Recap and Red Hare Happenings for the week of September 10, 2012

A touch of fall is finally in the air and just in time for football season! Attendees of the Great Atlanta Beer Fest were treated to football on all the screens at Turner Field – Red Hare was part of the exciting ‘Locals Only Deck’ at the fest. We were also to be found at The Beer Growler (Avondale Estates) local tap take over and Living Social’s Beer Fest in Buckhead. Maybe you came out to the brewery Saturday to get in on the craic and fun with Squinting Patrick? However you spent your weekend, we hope it was fun!

This week holds a lot for Red Hare fans as well. Two pint nights starting at 7 pm on Tuesday, Sept 11 at Mellow Mushroom at Powers Ferry, get Gangway IPA during Trivia and keep the glass. Same for Wednesday, Sept. 12, 7 pm at Hudson Grille in Brookhaven, except it’s our Long Day Lager on tap.

We’ll have live music on the Red Hare stage this week with our friend Adam Glendye on Thursday and Atlanta Boogie on Friday.

Saturday, check out the Rome Beer Fest in Rome GA 1-5 pm, Heritage Park and if you’re sticking close to town, The Square Pub is tapping a special Red Hare cask with chilis!

Remember, we roll back the Saturday fun to 2-4 pm starting on October 6 – this will let you get your Red Hare fix in the daylight hours!

Atlanta Beer Week is coming: October 20-28, mark your calendars!

Bar Rabbit Pint Glass

We had a geat time with Living Social Adventures and a Low Country Boil on Friday night. Hope Sonam graced us with her presence and incredible talent. Thanks to Zest Atlanta for providing a beyond-amazing low country boil. Be on the lookout for more Red Hare deals from Living Social in the coming weeks.

This week, you won’t see the Oktoberfest available at the brewery for tastings – fear not, it will return when the next batch is available, in about two weeks.

We may deal with a little tropical rain this week, but it’s safe and dry inside the brewery! Friday, enjoy the songs of Stephanie Caron. Saturday, we get really excited about the start of college football season – come on out for the Red Hare Tailgate party! Support your team by wearing your best fan gear and get a $2 discount on your pint glass. Christo’s Pizza will be on hand, serving up some of Marietta’s best pizza, and we’re thrilled to present Taylor Mullins on the Red Hare stage.

Something to put on your calendar – tours/tasting hours for Saturday will change starting on October 6, we’ll be open from 2-4 pm to take advantage of the shorter days. Same hare channel, just a different hare time for Saturday. :)
