Happy Earth week everybody!  We have had quite a few people asking us why we chose to can our beer over bottling. We have two main reasons: cans are better for the environment & they also preserve the flavor and freshness of the beer. Cans help us lower our carbon foot print in a couple of ways. Aluminum is easier to recycle, it also weighs less than glass which reduces the amount of fuel used to transport our beer throughout GA. Our snap top packaging is made out of 96% recycled material and is %100 re-usable. Don’t forget that you can bring your snap tops in to the brewery for a discount on the tour & tasting! Keep on drinking local & recycling your Red Hare cans!
